Touch-pad Blocker : Tip

Brushing your laptop’s touchpad and jumping the cursor around, highlighting text, and even accidentally deleting text, are some of the hassles that comes with sensitive laptop touchpads. Touchpad Blocker toggles the touchpad on and off as you type to help dodge those touchpad mishaps.

Once installed you can customize Touchpad Blocker by adjusting the toggle threshold in milliseconds, setting a keyboard shortcut to activate and deactivate the application, and set it to beep and notify you when active. The beep/notification setting is most useful when you’ve first installed it and want to see how it’s working and when, after that it becomes annoying really quickly.
